A written clinical plan and service agreement should identify the treating clinic and clinician, treatment location, visits, costs, risks, alternatives, inclusions, exclusions, discharge records, follow-up and the route for complications. Prices, warranties and final package details are not published here while they remain unconfirmed.

Who decides whether treatment is suitable?
A qualified treating clinician, following an individual assessment. GCMS does not make clinical decisions.
How many visits or trips might I need?
This depends on your assessment and proposed treatment. The clinician must set out the anticipated visits and timing in a written plan before booking.
How much will it cost?
No prices are available here. A written plan must set out treatment costs and any separate coordination or travel costs before you commit.
Will someone speak Italian or English?
Language support may be discussed but is not confirmed or staffed as a service yet. The language of consultations, written plans and any translation must be agreed before booking.
Who provides the treatment?
Hera Clinic Tirana is the clinical partner. Treatment is performed by an appropriately qualified clinician there, not GCMS. Your treating clinician and treatment location must be confirmed in your written plan before booking.
Are flights, hotels and transfers included?
No inclusions are confirmed. GCMS can discuss intended coordination, but what is included, excluded and paid for must be set out in writing first.
What happens after I return home or if there is a complication?
Follow-up contacts, records, clinical responsibilities and any complication pathway must be defined in writing before booking. UK or Italian clinical aftercare is not currently being offered here.
Who pays for additional treatment or travel?
That is not agreed yet. Any costs, responsibilities and terms for additional care or travel must be confirmed in writing before booking; no free remedial care or travel is promised.
